How to Clear Cookies, Stories & Certifications on FireFox?
NOTE: It is important to clear cache in between test cases or between switching / logging in as different users.
There are three types of cache that is needed to be cleared.

How to clear cookies & stories on FireFox:
1. Open Firefox
2. Right click anywhere on the page and select ‘inspect’ from the dropdown options
3. Go to the Storage tab

4. Under the storage tab, you will see Cookies; Local Storage; Session Storage.
a. Expand each category by clicking the downward pointing arrow on the left
5. Right click and select:
- a. Cookies: Delete all Session Cookies
- b. Local Storage: Delete All
- c. Session Storage: Delete All
6. You can now refresh your browser

*In order to log in as a different user, you will need to clear your certificates.
How to clear certificates in FireFox:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to the burger menu on the right-hand side and click on settings
3. Navigate to Privacy & Security and scroll down to certificates

4. Click on View Certificates
5. A list of certificates will show under the first tab – YOUR CERTIFICATES
a. Select any certificate by clicking on the line
b. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen
c. Click OK
6. Your certificates should now be removed
