All S-user IDs are now created and provided by the Company Super Administrators of companies.  

Kindly reach out to them so that a new S-UID or account can be created for you.

 

NOTE:

If you are an SAP Certified Consultant and working to a SAP Customer or SAP Partner with active support contract, you can request a valid S-User ID under your customer number. For that, please contact the super-administrators at the company to request an S-User ID. In case you do not know who the super administrators at the company are, please contact your local Customer Interaction Center and provide the company’s customer number or installation number and CIC will be able to inform who the super administrators are.
