Ensure that you have registered SAP Universal ID and pleases assign a unique Nickname to each added S/P-user ID within the Universal ID to better manage and distinguish your SAP accounts.

1. Go to SAP Universal ID Account Manager  and click on the arrow sign next to your account.

2. You will be redirected to the next page where you can input your nickname, then click save.
