SAP Certification Enablement Guidance

 

 

1.  How do I register a Universal ID for Certification?

Registering for the SAP Universal ID, you will need two verified email addresses.  This is a requirement for certified SAP Consultants.

2.  How do I purchase or get a license for Certification?

- Individual customer: 

- Commercial customer: 

  • If you received an activation code from your company, you can redeem the code by following this guidance.
    For SAP Learning Hub, partner edition subscribers, make sure to use the S-user ID which is registered in the “Manage My Partnership” application. Please keep in mind that on-behalf booking is not accepted.
  • If you received a notification email a subscription of SAP Certification online exam attempts is assigned to you, please access your subscription with the designated S-user ID/P-user ID via https://learninghub.sap.com

Note: 
o   After successful redemption, you will receive a Training Confirmation Letter once your booking has been completed.

o   Your subscription will be valid for 12 months. You can attempt any of the available exams 24/7 via Certification Hub during this time.

3.  How do I access my subscription of SAP Certification Hub?

1.  Log in to https://learninghub.sap.com with your UID and select the S-user ID/P-user ID which was used to redeem the
      activation code or a license was assigned.
2.  Access the SAP Certification Hub via the “Certify” tab.
      Need help? Submit a ticket to get technical assistance.
3.  Click on the Exam Dashboard tab to schedule an exam.

     at sapcertification@questionmark.com.
4.  Check your badge of certificate on Credly after you passed an exam.
      Need help? Submit a request on Credly to get assistance.

Note:
o   Booking exam issue/clock icon problem: Refresh browser, clear cache & cookies, retry via "Certify" tab on https://learninghub.sap.com
o   Issues scheduling or during exam: Raise a Chat with SAP Certification Hub expert or email support at sapcertification@questionmark.com
o   Updating name on Certification Hub: Update personal details on accounts.sap.com

o   You can take the same exam up to 3 times. If you unsuccessful after 3 attempts for the same version, you will have to wait until
      a new version is released.

4.  How do I Stay Certified?

Technologies in today’s cloud era undergo continuous updates. Maintaining skills and certifications in sync with product update schedules ensures a benchmark of quality within the SAP ecosystem.

Complete the required content & assessment to stay current by the due date to maintain the certification status for the solutions mentioned here.

1.  Must have an individual SAP Learning Hub subscription(professional edition, solution edition or partner edition-depending
     on the stay current solution) to access the content and assessments to stay current
2.  Ensure the email address which is stored in your SAP Certification is the same email address you use to book SAP Learning Hub
      subscription.
3.  The validation of digital badge will be updated after completing the assessment to stay current. If the digital badge is expired
      but you have completed the required assessment by the due date, please create a ticket using the template below:

* How do I Transfer my Certificates?

If you leave a company and the S-user is about to be deleted, you need to add a second email to your Universal ID to keep it accessible for you.

Once you receive your new S-User, link it to your Universal ID and raise a Support ticket to request the transfer of the certificates to the new S-user.

* How do I check my IBP Certificates on LSC(learning.sap.com)?

Stay Certified Learning Journey pilot program launched for IBP certification on https://learninghub.sap.com.

If you are IBP for Supply Chain certified user, you can start to complete your stay certified assessment on the SAP Learning site. Please go to the SAP Learning site and logon with your SAP Universal ID. There you will find your SAP Certification listed under “My Learning” – “Stay Certified”

To access and pass the assessment you must have a valid SAP Learning Hub subscription in one of the following editions: professional editionsolution edition or partner edition. You can check your subscription here.

Be advised that an SAP Universal ID & two verified email addresses assigned to your SAP Universal ID are required.
