* How do I Transfer my Certificates?

With SAP Universal ID there is no need to transfer your certificates anymore when you are an SAP customer. When you switch your employer, you just need to add your new employer user email to your SAP Universal ID and remove the old employer's email.

When you are an employer of an SAP partner company transfer is still required. Please send an email to the Partner Support Team at partner@sap.com to request the transfer from one S-User to another. Please ensure that you have the new S-User linked to your SAP Universal ID.

In case you have created multiple SAP Universal IDs please reach out to the Customer Interaction Center support to get them deleted so that only one is left that you can continue to use. The certificates will be deleted if the associated SAP Universal ID is deleted. Therefore, it is important to keep the SAP Universal ID associated with certificates active.
