I have completed an SAP Certification exam, but have not received my certificate.

 

 

If you have passed the certification exam after 2017 and did not receive an email with claim the digital badge within two days after your exam:

Please create a ticket (Service category: Digital Badge) in the User Support Center. Please note that you can print your certificate in Credly as well after you claim your digital badge (details can be found here).

If you only want to get the passed certification record, please check the certification records in your SAP Learning Hub Profile 'Certify' tab (please ensure your S-user with certification is assigned in your account, follow the guide here on how to assign an S-user). Please ensure that you are using the email address under which the certifications are maintained when logging in to the profile on SAP Learning Hub.

Any questions with the certification record display in learning hub my profile area, please create a ticket (Service category: Learning Hub) in the User Support Center.
