I have completed an SAP Certification exam, but have not received my Certificate/Digital Badge
If you have passed the certification exam after 2017 and did not receive an email with claim the Certificate/Digital Badge within two days after your exam:
Please ensure that you have a valid SAP Universal ID set up and at least two email accounts assigned. (Refer to the "How to assign a second email account to your SAP Universal ID" guide for instructions.)
If you have already registered a UID using any email address, please do NOT register a new UID. Instead, follow this guide to link your new email address to the existing UID.
The Certificate/Digital Badge will be issued within 24 to 48 hours after the UID setup is complete with a linked recovery email address.
If you have completed the UID setup but have not received your Certificate/Digital Badge, please create a ticket in the User Support Center under the "Digital Badge" service category. Additionally, you can print your certificate in Credly after claiming your digital badge (details can be found here).
If you only need access to your passed certification record, please check the Certifications page in My Learning on the SAP Learning portal. Make sure you have a valid UID set up with a linked recovery email address beforehand.
For any questions regarding the certification record displayed on the SAP Learning portal, please create a ticket in the User Support Center under the "SAP Learning" Service category & "Certification" Incident category.
